We maintain and control our processes of work in accordance with numerous Standards of Specification, Legislation and Regulation, ISO26000, SA8000, OECD and FATF System Processes form a major part of our portfolio.

These systems are managed and documented and collectively provide a systematic framework for ensuring that tasks are performed correctly, consistently, and effectively to achieve the desired outcomes, and to drive continual improvement in performance.

Get Your Projects Managed by Designated Engineers and Subject Matter Experts


Systems, processes, procedures, or methods shall be in place to monitor legal and project developments and identify key areas of legal risk.

 

Designated Engineers and subject matter experts shall be responsible for identifying, and maintaining the following:


  • Relevant applicable legislation and regulations, required licences and permits, and reporting and disclosure obligations.
  • Associated developments concerning these requirements.
  • The status of compliance and future actions needed to maintain compliance.
  • measures for bringing any potentially non-complying situation into compliance.
  • Processes, policies, approaches, or procedures shall be in place for communicating and providing training about project and legal requirements to Clients and Contractors and Suppliers to ensure an appropriate level of understanding.

Consulting to organisations and businesses throughout the United States who are requesting certification of Medical Devices in accordance with EUD 93/42/EEC, and to the requirements of ISO 13485:2016.

Quality Training and Full Supplier Management


With our operations director at the helm, AB International also manages quality training, along with the communication and implementation of all divisional RCA, CATWOE, and Priority Matrix techniques for effective problem solving, inclusive of Measurable System Analysis. AB also assists in full supplier management and evaluation to ensure inclusion/approval of customer specification and business processes and procedures.

Previous Operations Experience: A Note from Our Expert Director


My responsibilities involved FDA and MDD directive consultancy, technical file completion, review, and approval. In addition, these responsibilities also involved the implementation and process adaptation of 510k applications and approvals, the CE marking structure inclusive of Legal Representation and approval.


My expertise and experience include project and business procedures, as well as international standards and codes of practice (PED, PD, ASME, ASTM, BS, EN, ISO, etc.). All in addition to all other defined acceptance criteria for the Project Engineering, Design, Development, Fabrication of specialised oil and gas separation technology throughout Europe and the rest of the world.


These responsibilities also included the management of all system documentation inclusive of the business vision and mission statements, detailed business processes, policies, and best practise methodologies. This transferable knowledge provides insight that can be applied to your business. 


Throughout the six operational divisions within the Schlumberger Produced Water Sand Management Organisation, there are fifteen plus Quality Engineers who report to me directly for all legal, system, and project requirements.


Not only does this experience lead well to assisting in project management in every operational stage but being fully responsible for the generation and implementation of business management policies and procedures detailing the full Company business line philosophies has provided a wealth of experience that can be applied to any business.
